Frequently asked questions
How can I check the fridge condition before buying?
Ask the seller for recent photos and a video of the fridge running, and ask about its age and why it is being sold. Ideally inspect it in person and check cooling, the compressor and door seals before paying.
Is buying through Haragcom protected?
Yes. When you buy through the platform, the amount is held and the seller cannot withdraw it until you confirm delivery, or it is released automatically after 7 days. If something goes wrong, you can open a dispute and the Haragcom team will resolve it.
Can I negotiate the price?
Yes. You can message the seller directly from the listing page and negotiate the price and pickup time before completing the purchase.
I could not find the fridge I want. What can I do?
Post a free request on the Wanted page with the specs and your budget, and sellers who have what you need will contact you.
